WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL

Online Via Credit Card or Debit Card: Now you can pay online using a credit or debit card through Stripe.  Stripe is a third party merchant service that keeps your personal information secure.  Please note merchant service fees may apply. 

Online check (ACH): You can pay through your portal using your checking account at no cost.  Please have your routing and checking account number handy.  There is no merchant fee for this service. 

Mail a check or money order: You can mail a check or money order to the following address, please make sure you use the landlord name printed on your lease as the Garnaco Family of Companies own more than one portfolio name.

We love our four legged friends and we know you do too! Bring your pet to any of our qualifying homes!  Additional pet fees may apply as described below. All pets must be approved by the property manager.  Due to ever increasing restrictions from insurance carriers we cannot accept certain types of dogs breeds. Please understand that we are pet lovers however we are bond by the rules of the local laws and insurance rules. 

Pet Move in fee: $200 per pet (non-refundable) due at lease signing

Monthly Pet Rent: $35.00 per pet

Sorry we do not accept the following dog breeds:  (our insurance policy does not cover against injury of others)
